USHERS

An usher’s essential responsibilities include greeting patrons, scanning tickets, and assisting guests in finding their seats. Ushers provide direction to the theater’s basic facilities and will direct patrons to visit the Box Office with any ticketing issues. Occasionally, an usher may be asked to work coat check, merchandise tables, or Will Call. This position requires light cleaning and lifting duties.
